FAQ
Questions about on-site coffee equipment repair
Answers about what we fix, how long it takes, and what is included in a service call.
How soon can you arrive for an emergency call?
We dispatch within two hours during business hours in the Portland metro area. If you write outside business hours, we schedule the earliest available slot the next business day.
What espresso machines and grinders do you repair?
We service pump-driven commercial espresso machines, heat exchangers, dual boilers, and conical or flat-burr grinders used in coffee shops, restaurants, and office break rooms. We do not work on home consumer machines or super-automatic models.
What if you cannot fix the machine on-site?
If the repair requires off-site work, we explain what is needed and provide a quote. If you decline, we waive the service call fee.
Do you stock parts for older or uncommon models?
We maintain an inventory of gaskets, solenoids, group components, and burrs for discontinued and specialty European machines. If we do not have a part in stock, we source it and schedule a follow-up visit.
What is included in a service call?
Every call includes on-site diagnosis, repair, parts for most jobs, a post-repair function test, and a written service report. The equipment must be installed and accessible, and power and water connections must be working.
How does payment work?
After you write to us, we confirm availability and reply with payment details. Payment is due within seven days of the service call. If we cannot fix the problem on-site and you decline off-site repair, the service call fee is waived.
Who is the monthly maintenance plan for?
The plan is for coffee shops and offices that rely on daily espresso service and want to prevent breakdowns through regular cleaning, gasket inspection, and calibration. It is not for equipment used only occasionally or for locations that already have an in-house technician.
Do you sell new espresso machines or grinders?
No. We repair and maintain existing commercial equipment. We do not sell new machines, lease equipment, or represent any manufacturer.
Need a repair or want to set up a maintenance plan?
Write with your machine make and model and the problem you're seeing. We'll confirm availability and dispatch time.
