What we repair
Commercial espresso machines and grinders we service
We work on pump-driven espresso machines, heat exchangers, dual boilers, and commercial conical and flat-burr grinders installed in coffee shops, restaurants, and office break rooms. We do not repair home consumer machines or super-automatic models.
Pump and boiler
Diagnose and replace pumps, heating elements, solenoids
We test water flow, pressure curves, and boiler temperature stability. When a component fails, we replace it on-site and run a full extraction cycle to confirm operation.
Group head and gaskets
Replace group seals, screens, and portafilter baskets
We carry group gaskets in all commercial sizes and replace worn screens and shower plates. After replacement, we pull test shots to check seal integrity and temperature consistency.
Grinder motor and burrs
Replace motors, capacitors, and worn burr sets
We diagnose motor noise, slow rotation, and inconsistent grind size. We stock flat and conical burrs for most commercial models and calibrate grind settings after installation.
Calibration and adjustment
Set brew pressure, temperature offset, and PID parameters
We adjust over-extraction group head valves, recalibrate temperature probes, and tune PID controllers to the roast profile you use.
Discontinued and specialty models
Stock parts for European and out-of-production machines
We maintain an inventory of gaskets, solenoids, and group components for older Italian, Swiss, and German machines that most repair services no longer support.
Service report
Receive a written record of work and parts used
After every call, we provide a signed report listing the problem found, parts replaced, settings adjusted, and recommended maintenance intervals.
You need on-site repair if
- Your espresso machine loses pressure mid-extraction or water leaks from the group head
- Your grinder produces inconsistent particle size or the motor hums without turning
- You operate a discontinued or specialty European machine and cannot source parts locally
After the service call
- The machine or grinder is repaired and tested with a full extraction or grind cycle
- You receive a written service report listing the work completed and parts installed
- You know the next recommended maintenance date and which consumables to monitor
Need a repair or want to set up a maintenance plan?
Write with your machine make and model and the problem you're seeing. We'll confirm availability and dispatch time.
